Clinch Build is a solo AI-tools practice. We started because too many teams with a great AI idea were stuck waiting on agencies, contractors, or platform vendors to ship something that should have taken weeks, not quarters.
Our background is in building custom software and AI tools end-to-end. We've shipped HeatLoadPro, a web app that does Manual J-style heat load calculations for HVAC contractors, and Tickr, an ML-powered stock signal platform with a daily prediction pipeline and dashboard. Real apps, real users, real complexity — not just landing pages.
That background means we think about your tool differently than a typical agency.
